The more I learn about them (we need 1000mg calcium per day, most of Indonesian women only gets 50% of their calcium needs, our bones start to breakdown at the age of 25...etc..etc...etc) the more I become aware about my bone health and my calcium needs.
Right now I drink more milk and try to do some more workout for the sake of my bone health. Okay...I think I start to become obsessed about bones!!!
still that's not the reason I pick this shirt to work yesterday...hahahahaha... xP
